Day Three

Sunday is the day we gather.

The day opens with nature art journaling, birdsong walks and yoga beside the river, then turns to the table. Because the shared table is one of the oldest storytelling spaces there is.

Over a meal is where we talk through our days, where life’s most important conversations happen, where family traditions are passed down, big announcements made and lasting memories formed.

And what fills that table has a story of its own.

The fruit, the grain, the meat, the wine on Australian tables, so much of it grown right here, in the country surrounding this river.

Sunday is a celebration of those stories: the land and the people who tend it, and the communities built around it.
