Fleur Ferris

Fleur Ferris is an award-winning, bestselling author who grew up on a farm in northwest Victoria and worked as a police officer and paramedic before turning to writing. Her YA novels — including Risk and Wreck — are sharp, authentic and deeply compassionate.

Fleur is a Festival Ambassador and proudly calls Moama home. She has a passion for storytelling, her community and all creative endeavours and will be guiding conversations about media and content creation, as well as fictional talks and a casual author Q&A over a glass of wine.
